I've decided to post about my works in progress here (maybe to give myself a little inspiration into getting back into them). The titles will be listed, along with a brief summary. If you would like to hear more about them, my contact page can be found in the upper righthand corner. I'm always down to talk about my works with others and I'd be ecstatic to explain any of them to anyone.

Lupi Nocte (Urban Fantasy/Paranormal/Romance)

In a world where vampires and werewolves are nothing but enemies with the peace kept by separating the city into territories, all hell breaks lose when a vampire is found dead in werewolf territory. Fearing a war, the Alpha of the pack goes to every precaution to find a way to prove it wasn't one of her pack. As her investigation continues, things just aren't adding up. It's clear to her that none of her pack did this and there are no signs of it being a hunter. When the news of the dead girl gets back to the vampires, the Alpha's fears come true: war is at her pack's doorstep.

Dimension 404 (Urban Fantasy/Paranormal/Sci-Fi)

Fresh out of a long-term relationship, Quinn has been hiding in her house for a while. Hiding from the world, hiding from the mutual friends she had with the ex, and hiding from her emotions (the last one, well, that didn't play out too well). On her first day out of the house, she encounters a strange man who seems to have appeared out of nowhere. The man claims to be from an alternate dimension and Quinn is thrown for a loop, not believing this man until the things that were hunting him show up in the same way he did, with not a single one of them looking human. Quinn suddenly finds she must fight for her life, running to escape these monsters, and help this mystery man crack something that could save both his dimension and hers.

Death, O Death (Urban Fantasy/Paranormal)

A skeptic at heart, Matia takes up a dare to go hunt the monster that is said to live in the Black Forest near her home. Her friends stay in the car, all of them believing this monster to be real, while Matia braves the forest with nothing but her phone. Everything's going fine for the first while until, about half an hour in, she sees things moving out of the corner of her eye and hears twigs snapping all around her. Turns out, this monster is very real and the world is a lot more complicated than Matia expected it to be.

As The Fates Have It (Urban Fantasy/Romance/Paranormal)

Aurora, getting ready to move into her first apartment, is torn away from packing by her friends. It's her birthday and they insist on taking her to party to celebrate (something she never does as her birthday is also the day her mother died). Reluctantly agreeing to go, she finds the party is full of people who look like her mother. Almost all of them have the same crystal blue eyes her mother had had. One of them, looking almost exactly like the holos her dad has hung up around the house, approaches her at this party, seeming to know her despite being a complete stranger, and tells her something that turns her entire world upside down.

Currently Untitled Work (TBD)

This one is more of just an idea with nothing more than a handful of characters made for it. The idea is that thirty people, ranging from ages 14 - 27 and of all genders and sexualities, wake up on an island in the middle of God knows where with no memories of how they got there. They have to work together, despite their differences, to try and find out who put them there and escape with their lives.

Divinum Ocellus (Urban Fantasy/Romance/Paranormal)

Ryker is living an ordinary life: a job that he loves, a decent size two bedroom apartment, friends, parties. Everything that a man in his late twenties dreams of. His life, however, gets thrown for a loop when he starts noticing a fox, pitch black in color with eyes like fire, following his every move. After months of this, a man shows up on his doorstep claiming he's there to save him; from what, he won't divulge. The man turns out to be a demon. As they learn to cohabitate, feelings start to develop. What will become of this forbidden affair?
